How should you choose an agent? Why choose me? The best answer may be sharing what motivated me to become a Realtor. I bought my first home at age 23. To do so in California was no small feat. It took planning, perseverance, and several years of educating myself about houses, locations, and investment potential before successfully acquiring that first home.
In the years since then I have bought and sold my own properties and gained experience on both sides of the transaction. This real-life experience is a plus to my clients whether a first-time buyer looking to achieve the dream as I did, or a seasoned buyer or seller moving to the next level, or even an investor looking for a property which will net a decent rate of return.
One of my greatest strengths is helping others succeed. There is no describing my delight when my diligence and skill result in helping you reach a goal that will carve the path for your future. I meticulously prepare by continuously watching for new arrivals on the market, keeping an eye on shifts and trends in Real Estate, and making sure every ‘I’ is dotted and every ‘T’ crossed during the process.
